It's so awesome to see everyone back out on the streets and celebrating summer amongst community! Here's a few snapshots from my first events of the year...
What an honor to be teaching at The Firefly Gathering 2022, in Western North Carolina, where "folks come together to share skills and ancestral knowledge with the common goal of expanding their capacity to live well with Earth and one another. Days are filled with classes of all kinds, each offering skills to connect us with Earth, our human heritage, and the great wonders of life. Evenings are filled with live music, dancing under the moon and stars, and, of course, the fireflies themselves!"
Oh how I've missed festivals and gatherings, seeing everyone's smiles and joy at the simplicity of community connection. I'm stoked to be back this summer bringing joy through face painting and henna!

Even though I'm taking a break from teaching silks for a wee while, I still managed to get some gorgeous photos with the incredible Ana Clara with the beautiful autumn colors.
It’s been my absolute joy and pleasure to have guided these absolute fools for the last 13 weeks to hone their innate stupidity and find their own unique clown.
With so many cancellations of festivals and events these days, it was awesome to be a part of an event that actually happened! Thank you Nelson Christmas Market for finding a way!
